1st Saturday in Florida

Well, I made it here safe and sound on Wednesday.  A long day of flying.  Got up at 3:30 a.m., Bruce drove me to Alamosa and took the one hour flight to Denver, 6-7. Then flew out of Denver at 10 and got in Orlando at 3:45 (of course lost 2 hours there).  Met at the airport by Sasha and Jonathan. WOW, he grew a lot since I saw him last year at this time.  Went to Sonny's for dinner and on home.

Thursday everyone went to work and school---Sasha picked up Taco Bell and we met Jonathan for lunch at the picnic table outside the cafeteria.  Spent a few minutes in the pool and just relaxing.

Yesterday Sasha had off---pedicures, lunch at Chili's and then a bunch of shopping that I can't do at Walmart (the only real store that is in Alamosa).  Probably if I searched out the small shops in Alamosa I could find some of these  things but it sure is easier here!!

Last night Jonathan had his second to last baseball game and he pitched the whole thing---and they won, 11-4.  That was their 3rd win of the season; the last game is today.

Rick has a birthday tomorrow but has to work---he is in indirect auto finance and times are especially tough here in Florida.  We WILL celebrate!!

I have some pictures of Jonathan from last night but they are in the camera and I need a cord to download them---and don't know where to find it so will post them next time.

'Til next time, have a great week!!!  :)+
