Boundaries in a person’s life are extremely important for good health, relationships, and life itself. Inner boundaries are the result of our being able to self-discipline our self so that we are a stable person in the way we deal with life, friends, family, ourselves and the created order. They help us to be able to handle the stresses of life in the most positive ways and means. Outer boundaries are the ones we put up so that other people become aware of what we will or will not do as we deal also with relationships, ourselves, families, friends and relationships. Get the two of these together and you have a person who is very trustworthy, will not take advantage of people and in most cases become friends for life.
