Destruction Of Earth - By Sakoieta'

It is unbelievable that we see the leaders of this country have gotten so shallow that they don’t see the importance of the earth beneath our feet and the majority of Canadians don’t seem to care. Along with the air, water and light from the sun and the effects of the moon, it sustains our lives. Far too many think that the word grass roots people is only a political word. Many of our people still believe the herbs, roots and home grown crops we take from the earth are the best foods and most effective medicines. We have more faith in what we plant and harvest than we do in the fake chicken soup and other fake products that season so many foods in today’s times. They lose sight of the fact that there are even more benefits that come from the earth (if there is a patch left that is not filled with chemicals). Nervous anxiety totally disappears where people can put their hands in the soil, touch it with their feet, and lay on it. Its trees carry off toxins, its roots, flowers, and even weeds have a purpose. But we are supposed to be the keepers and maintainers of all of this. So How are we doing? Has our grade gotten above a D-?

I just finished reading a comment from a face book friend about how when flying back from Japan the Pacific ocean was dead with garbage floating on the surface. It seems that we are on a collision course with destruction of our life sources as Sakoieta' points out. We seem to be racing to see who can destroy those resources faster than the other fellow. If people care they are hiding it very well.

this i know: bilberry helps with sight issues and ginger helps with nausea. those two natural products do more for healing than expensive prescription medicines made from chemicals. so why don't physicians make these things known? a little thought and you will figure it out. money..........

I think most of our woes are related to the love of money.

i think you are correct...with no thought as to what is happening to our beautiful planet that we are supposed to be the caretakers of.

We citizens are so easily duped that is is hardly worth repeating. When there is a natural disaster the first thing the Gov't and media report on is how many billions it will take to fix it. Snow in Denver and they always add in the $$$$ cost. They get us thinking about the cost instead of the cure. Most people don't even realize how their thinking is being manipulated. We should be focused on helping each other and the cost should not be fore front.... Henry Ford had it right when he said if you think the Gov't can take care of you just look at the Indian. Regretfully we have been so brain washed by Gov't that we put blinders on when it comes to such things and that is why we are in the fix we are. Just my opinion...
