Echo Update

Echo is making progress but not as fast as we expected. The day of his occurrence he couldn't get his back feet to work at all and would drag himself with his front feet. Then the next day he was able to take 2-3 unsteady steps. Yesterday he could take 4-5 shaky steps and today he is taking up to 6-7 steps that are very unsteady. His progress is very slow but he can get outside to relieve himself and poop but he leans against the fence to do that.
He is adapting and adjusting and making very slow improvement but enough to give us hope. The vet said this is going to take a long time and his progress is slow and steady but moving in the right direction.  Now we need for him to rest as much as possible and to not aggravate the condition.

I hope Echo has a full recovery, poor baby. Too bad there are no chiropractors for pets.

Zenme2: We brush our guys very often (every 2-3 days) but they still shed a lot. They are called 'German Shedders' after all. We are constantly running the vacuum and picking up fur balls but they are totally worth it. We feed three dogs but have enough fur for 6 dogs. It is a never ending process....
