There must be a better way - by Bruce

Bruce is trying to design a better saw buck. The present one is small and when I cut the firewood length logs it sometimes tips over, usually with my foot resting on it with a chain saw running. Sometimes my foot gets tangled in the saw buck when the cut wood collapses down the center. Much like sitting on a limb and cutting between yourself and the tree. I think I have come up with a design that may work better and be more stationary. If it works I'll take photos and post them here. If not Carol can take photo's of the one legged man who cuts firewood on a ridiculous saw buck.

There has to be a better way!

Somehow Bruce, "me" thinks I want to see you with both of your legs rather than some bloody old pulp as a reminder of what was there!!!! LOL!

Rob: that is one good looking saw buck. I just put one up that I hope to use this year but when I get some free time that plan is definitely the way to go. Nice plan and great functional saw buck. Bruce

Anonymous: I'm going to have to figure out how to open that plan. I deleted a lot of files to gain more space on my computer and must have deleted one that I needed to open it.
