Fascination
Echo was absolutely fascinated with the Christmas Weihnachts Pyramide sent by my son and daughter-in-law when they were stationed in Germany. I'm not sure what the English translation would be. He really studied this for the longest time.

Sweet mystery of life!! It sometimes worries me how intune I am with my cats--worries me and scares me! These two wild cats are totally domesticed now--I never asked it of them--guess love showed them the way.
Echo is looking great these days! Looks right at home. :) Your Weihnachts Pyramide is beautiful. ... Have never seen a shot of your kitchen before -- what a warm and happy look. The entire aspect of the picture is alert peace. Very nice indeed.
Thanks Deirdre: Carol loves her kitchen unless I'm out there too and then I get the look...LOL... It is the wonder in the look and amazement in his eyes that captured it for us. With an intelligent breed of dog like the German Shepherd they are curious which is a sigh of high intelligence. A good way to explain it is when a child sees a Christmas tree lit for the first time and the look of wonder and awe that is always so plain to see in their eyes and face. It is the same with our dogs. It is a look that is burned into your mind forever. It is like seeing it all over again yourself.
