Six Hours Of Hard Shoveling
Here is what the after version looks like after about 5 hours of hard shoveling. The ice under that snow in the previous blog was 3" thick on the roof. Whew! Only one side to go.

It gave me chills and generalized aches and pains to see how much snow you moved.....hope you have a big tube of Ben Gay!---
Actually after we moved all that snow we went sledding down the driveway. Conditions were perfect - plenty of speed and just enough snow to steer a little bit. Had to quit when I had more snow under my clothes than outside. It is a real scream zooming down the driveway and into a snow bank. You would think at my age I would have given up such activity but I missed a lot when I was a child as I started working at age 12 so I'm catching up now. Wheeeeee....(thud)

Nope, no big tube of Ben Gay. We do have a bottle of horse liniment though. Works on people as good as horses.
