Comment by Pat: Good article... Looking forward to part two. I've become re-acquainted with a high school friend who turned me on to "Hungry for Change," Jon Gabriel's movie that is a sequel to his book, The Gabriel Method. His whole thing can be boiled down to this: Don't eat anything you wouldn't have found on a deserted island 10,000 years ago and in its original form. I can't follow this exactly, but it has started me thinking more about it... I don't think Jon Gabriel would include GMOs...
