The above is our road on March 13, 2014, and below the same part of our road on 4/18/2014.
Our road in the prior 17+ years has never been reduced to this impassable mess. This has all been done by the negligence of our inept road committee and leadership. As a result we had to take our home off the market because prospective buyers can not get to us to see the home. Also emergency services if needed can not get to us. We can't receive deliveries or supplies and now can't even get out when the road is frozen or get mail. All done by the negligence of our association. I haven't slept more than 6 hours a night for the past 5 weeks anguishing over this situation. Our property value has virtually been rendered zero. Time to take action and I strongly suspect there are others also in the same situation.
