LIft Your Spirits by Sakoieta'
There are so many things that we encounter every day that can and do make us feel pessimistic, disinterested, negative, depressed and jaded. When that happens it is good to be able to enjoy the things that can lift us out of that attitude. A lunch with someone, taking a good walk, the companionship of people who are near and dear to our hearts, spending time with our pets, many of the things we often temporarily overlook because we are caught up in all the other things the world throws at us, are the very things that bring us back to the place of peace, feeling good, and positive again. All these things are good medicine for a jaded mind and attitude, good feeling to help us shed the chaos of the day.
