Our neighbor across the road had his burned trees mulched and having done so has given us a new pretty view. We are informed that those buying land and property now are very interested in views so by his clearing his lot he has increased the value of our home when we are ready to sell. We no longer look out on dead burned trees and now have a great view that was obscured before.
