Taylor the shelter dog has been at the "no kill" shelter for over 10 months. The shelter has not recovered from the shelter in place order due to the pandemic. They had scant volunteers to begin with and due to Covid 19, they had fewer but the dogs in need kept coming in and they did not have the ability to find them loving homes.
