A Our driveway was in pretty bad condition. Since we left all our contents behind in Colorado we have had to replace many of them so delivery trucks have really messed up the driveway trying to get up the incline. We tried to correct the issues with a shovel and rake but that wasn't doing the job as the damage was to widespread. A sub-compact tractor is just what is needed to get the driveway smoothed out again.
It will also facilitate moving larger rocks which we are unable to handle and there are plenty of those on the property.
