2924 Draws To An End:

 

As this year draws to an end and we embark on a new year we hope that next year has no wars,  and politics is no longer the everyday topic of discussion. We have seen some disasters, some progress in other areas. The hurricane that devastated western N. Carolina is still haunting us and people are still living in tents and now realizing that they won't be allowed to rebuild on their land. After watching their homes wash down river They now find that their land has been declared a flood zone and they no longer can build on it. 

In spite that no one can remember when there was a flood like this one they have lost their land. Hurricanes coming on shore this far inland are unheard of but nonetheless their land is still a flood zone.   

Politics are not ever worth mentioning as they were crazy this year. My mind is still reeling from all the crazy things going on. 

I hope that 2025, brings more sense to our world, wars end and people can learn again to live in peace and to respect each other.
