Lithium Batteries:

I just learned something new. Lithium batteries are like me they don't work so well or take a charge when the temperature is below 32 degree's. I couldn't figure out why our golf cart that we use to go down and get the mail wouldn't work or take a charge. I found out that they are affected by the cold. 

So how do all those who own EV's charge them or are they just for warm weather?  I guess we won't use the cart until we get warm weather again.
