Day Four - Flowers

At least the flowers in the flower boxes on the front of the house were not destroyed.  They can still be admired until the first frost which doesn't seem that far off.  It dropped to 44 degrees last night and the hummingbirds have mostly left for warmer climates.  We had over 30 and they would line up to get to the feeders but now we only have about 5-6 still hanging around.  When the feeders are dry they will have to migrate too.
I haven't seen a robin for over two weeks now which tells me that they are heading south.  Looks like an early winter.  I don't think when the birds head south that they return.
