Dealing With Stress - Sakoieta'

On any given day, at any given time, stress can creep up on us and suddenly we find ourselves in a world where our hearts are racing, our mind and thinking is shaky, our body reacts and we are momentarily unstable. It is at these times we need to stop and stand still momentarily in order to get a good grasp of who we are, what we are about, and how we do things in order to deal with this new stressor. By doing this we can now open ourselves to speaking words of calmness and peace to ourselves. we need to speak so the we think the peace, feel the peace, and see it. We need to think of peace permeating our entire being so that it is closer than our hands and feet, closer even than our own breathing. We become one with peace. We will find our body will accept this and we will be able to focus better, more clearly and continue on in peace doing what we need to do.
