Check out the blog on Mother Earth News that describes the process and labor involved in putting a stone fascia on our home to enhance the beauty and protect against wildfire. I also reported on the misting system for exposed wood like the deck and had a call from John with Advanced Misting Systems yesterday that our new mist system is in the mail. Seems to me a bargin at $119.00. These folks are really good to do business with. John told me he is only a few miles from the California wildfires that are now burning out of control. That is one scary experience we hope to avoid by being proactive.
