Every spring we discover trees that have fallen down during the winter that need to be dealt with. This is our last and forth trip to the brush burn site with branches from downed trees.
In years past we have mulched a lot/most of the brush but the mulcher tends to be really hard on your hands as these branches are as tough as steel and vibrate so bad your hands suffer. This year we decided to forego the mulching and just haul it to the burn site. Went much faster and between Carol and myself we managed four loads. Again the piles of debris are gone and while there are still some trees down they will have to wait for a later time.
