New Knee Brace

Have been struggling with a bum knee for months and finally went to see the orthopedic surgeon today. After discussing my lifestyle and options we decided on a knee brace. The doctor thought this one would be the right one. I walked out of the medical center with far less pain and walking more normally than I have for months.
We decided that any surgical intervention was a last resort.
