Blogs Do They Have A Future?

With AI providing instant answers and generating content, what do you think the future holds for blogging? Will it evolve, decline, or take on a new role? Do you think human-written blogs will still have a place, or will AI dominate the space?

I have read several opinions on the future of blogging and the various consensus is that as long as there is an internet blogging will be prevalent.  It is believed that people will follow blogs that are personal experiences and not AI generated. That videos will enhance blogs but since I only use my I Phone for 35 or less minutes a day I will not be using AI to substitute the written word.

Since I am in my 80's I have a lot of life experiences to share and hence no AI for this blog. While it may be good for others I will keep my blogs personal and not enhanced by this new technology. My Facebook page is crammed full of AI generated posts and I really don't find them that interesting. I tend to think personal experience is more interesting reading.

Our Blog started many years ago when we first moved to our cabin in the high mountains of Colorado. It was done to keep family and friends up to date on our adventure. We went from city dwellers to being pretty much self sufficient. It was not a sudden transition but a slow process over many years. From that it evolved over the years to what it is now. Once you become self sufficient on your homestead it is hard to revert back to city dependency. It has been a very rewarding experience.

The top question was taken from another post by someone wondering the same thing I did.
