I have always had a hard time hard boiling eggs. Then Bruce saw that someone had posted on Facebook how to do them by baking them. 325 degrees, 25-30 minutes...and done!
They peel easier and except for the little brown dot (where they touched the muffin tin) they are perfect!
Eggs-strordinary, I say!!

It works that’s the only way I do the hard boil egg thing now. LOL

great, S. I have gotten several other suggestions but think I will stick with this one. One problem I have with the boiling part....is I always forget I have them on the stove and then when I remember, I don't know how long they have boiled for! LOL!
